Congratulations to Aubrey Huff on winning the Silver Slugger award for AL DHs. Huff hit a surprising .304/.360/.552 with 32 HR and 48 doubles, .389 wOBA, 116 wOBA+. My choice would have been Texas DH Milton Bradley (.321/.436/.563, 22 HR in 126 games, .434 wOBA, 127 wOBA+) even with the games he missed. Bradley lead the league in OBP, OPS and OPS+, was third in BA, and fourth in SLG (one spot above Huff). He was arguably the best hitter in the AL (all positions) and was not recognized in any way.
